Project Management Project management is frequently more challenging than other managerial roles because Project Managers usually have little authority to dispense rewards and punishments to the team they manage. Limited resources, high managerial expectations and the significant visibility of special projects can lead to missed deadlines, interpersonal conflict and negatively impact the Project Manager’s career. This creates a very difficult situation in which the Project Manager must have strong motivational skills in order to succeed. Motivation and delegation techniques will be discussed in this workshop.
