Managing Conflict Through Assertive Behavior
(2-Day: 1-Day of Conflict Management & 1-Day of Assertiveness)

This unique course combines a one-day assertiveness training workshop with a one-day conflict management workshop to help participants enhance their leadership and interpersonal skills. Assertiveness skills enable you to take charge and enhance your image. A lack of assertiveness and conflict management skills leads to problem avoidance and often emotional depression in employees. Additionally, individuals that are too aggressive will benefit from learning how to tone down their style without sacrificing their leadership abilities.

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument is administered, to help individuals assess their behavior styles when confronted with conflict situations.
