Enhancing Your Management Style (2 Day)

Research has shown that most managers in organizations have had little or no formal training in management theory, and skills. Frequently, managers encounter difficulties when they manage their employees as they were managed in past positions. This course teaches managers to adapt their management style to the situation and the individual.

The Personal Interests And ValuesTM assessment is used to help managers or prospective managers understand why they have adopted their current management style. A review of an individual’s references, education, and training only gives us their history. The Personal Interests And ValuesTM assessment helps to tell how the person behaves and completes their job.
