Career Development Planning (1 Day)

Many working adults find themselves in positions or careers that no longer interest or motivate them. This workshop provides participants the necessary guidance to prepare them to explore new career avenues and identify ideal work environments. The Career Decision-Making workshop is developed around an assessment entitled, Successful Career Planning^TM (this is a product of TTI Performance Systems, Ltd). The result of this assessment is a 14 page printout which analyzes the participant's ideal career situation and suggests career avenues for the participant to consider.
